Will aftermarket coil overs / rotors from a gst fit on a gsx?

yes, coilovers will fit definitely.
With the rotors you will have to look if your rear rotors are vented. This is only the case on early 95 gsx models. If they are not vented, then they are interchangeable. The front rotors are bigger on the gsx than on the gst.

No he is talking about the interal vents in the rotor. The ones you see when you look at the rotor from the top. The rear non vented rotors are only about 1/2 inch wide while the vented are 3/4"-1" wide.

Depending the type of coil overs and what series. The spring rate in the rear might be a little light. I have a set on my car that came off a gst, but that Tien series there is only one coil over for both GST/GSX
