I have couple dsm all 5speed.My frist auto all most pasted it up because of that.I have a question I look on hear found nothing. Been told that u can switch to a stick pretty easy if any one ha0s done this given me an idea of how u did it what u had to do to get it to work. Probably wont do it give this can to women or sell. Any tips would be great and if ## good to be a smart a** about dont post anything.

Well took u 0.04 to find nothing. Thats not what I asked I looked throw the frist 15 post. All I got from it was a list of what I need. Not if u have to cut or drill nothing I can do the hole thing just dont no were to cut or drill. And like u said if going to tell me stick with auto or look or whatever just dont post.

For a 1g the swap is easy. You have to cut out a spot on the firewall for you master cylinder, and your shifter cables. The firewall is already "stamped" with exactly what you need to cut out and where you need to do it. All you have to do is pick a method of actually cutting/drilling it out.

Considering in your first post it doesn't say that you needed help with where to cut and drill. You said you heard it could be done so I simply gave you info that it was done and if you read thru more than just the first 15 threads, you will find what you are looking for.

My ###ing head is spinning from reading your post......... Clean that up

I have an auto car that was manual swapped. It doesnt look very complicated. Going manual TO auto is where you need extra compononents(TCU/wiring/or splice into harness)
The auto to manual shouldnt require much besides the pedal, clutch master and slave, shifter assembly and cables, console, and im not 100% but i think you need new CV shafts. The auto and manual are different.
