auto to 5speed conversion. rear diff??

I purchased a 98 eclipse gsx rear diff and its unlocking. I know its a 5speed rear diff. The only thing i don't know is if it will fit right with the axels and stuff in my 95. The 5speed tranny im putting in is from a 95, but my rear axels are for a 95 automatic.

i just finished my awd swap and bought a 2g 5spd diff and put automatic axles in, they work.
