GSR Cordia box

Hi guys I have purchased a manual gearbox out of a Mitsubishi Cordia to bolt to my 6 bolt 4g63 , it came off the gsr 4g62 t , the flywheel has 106 teeth but the centre hole is not big enough to fit on the 6 bolt crank ie pics ,
My question is can I have a bigger hole machined in the flywheel to suit the 6 bolt crank or is there another way to go

That crank has a pilot bushing in place that is used in automatic applications only. It needs to be removed. I would not modify the flywheel.
