i was wondering how the shifting is on the 2g gst. like is the shifter stiff of is it like smooth when you shift. also would it be good for a first car for a 18 year old??? full stock

i cant answer your manaul transmision quistiostion but i do have a automatic, and its pretty fast considering i went from a stock honda and traded in in for an eclipse, first car i would say a very kool looking stock car when lowered and looks VERY nice witch some good looking rims on there, considering i have stock automatic with no shift kit or stall it's still pretty fast youl love the manual i soppose not to mention youl get alot more girls then you would if you owned a honda :sneaky:

The shifting on the stock 2G is very nice, it feels very solid. It's a little stiff, but if you change the shifter bushings it'll be alot easier to shift.

It's would be great to have as your first car.
