Didn't find too many posts about the specific spring lengths for 1gs, although I may have missed it.

I'm wondering what 1g owners that have ground control coilovers are using for spring lengths on the front and rear. I just recently picked up a set that include 6" fronts and 7" rears. I've found a couple posts that suggest this is too short of a spring up front. I'm not really interested in dropping the car much, maybe an inch. The coilover set is more being used to allow myself a little flexibility in front camber choices without running into the stock spring perch. Looks like there are more options in spring rate when going with an 8" spring, however looking at places that sell hypercoils, I believe they have the rate I'm looking to run up front (400lbs) in a 7" spring.

In summary, if you'd be willing to share what springs you have front and rear (rate and length) in addition to what your approximate ride height is (measured or estimated drop from stock), I would greatly appreciate it. Any opinions on your setup would also be nice, e.g. problems with the spring unseating or coil bind?

Also, if anyone has any suggestions on spring rate for a 1g street/autocross car I'd also appreciate that. From what I've read, 400f and 350r (or 300r) is what came on the old DSS kits and that seemed to work well.

Thanks!

Here's a simpler question. Who's running 8" springs in the front and who's running 7" springs in the front? Thanks.
