Ive been having so many transmission problems its ridiculous.

So when i first start my car in the morning it shifts decently, it will ocasionaly grind in reverse but thats it. after a while of driving it gets hard to shift, it will grind when im trying to put it into first at a dead stop, if i give it gas to scoot up a little at a red light it will continuously creep forward.

all this first started after i installed a new stage 3, 6 puck clutch.

So whats wrong with my car???
it has a new master, and i already adjusted the clutch.

When you installed the clutch did you shim the pivot ball?As for the grind into reverse try putting in the clutch and shifting into 1st 2nd 1st 2nd a few times then go in reverse it dont grind anymore since I have been doing that....Bleed your clutch again and reajust the pushrod again maybe?

There's a great video on I believe Jack's Transmissions site about adjusting the master cylinder rod. Are you sure you did it correctly?

haha i actually used the video on jacks transmission to adjust it.

im going to try bleeding the lines again.
but i also heard it could be the tranny fluid?

i just took it for a drive down the street and it shifted as smooth as butter, didnt even gring reverse. but i know if i continued driving it would start to grind.

Your clutch isn't fully disengaging. That's causing the grinding and the car to creep.

You might need a get a longer rod for your slave cylinder. Definitely sounds like your clutch isnt fully disengaging.

thats exactly what ive been thinking. whats causing it to not fully disengage though? its adjusted properly. what else can i do.
