I have A queston which nipple do I hook up the vac line to the top or bottom?
And how sould I hard or soft should

the vacuum line goes on top. the bottom nipple is unused. the best way to set the spring harder at first, and then drive around. if you hear compressor surge (sounds like fluttering) then its set too hard.. there is no scientific method to this its just trial and error.. any more questions let me know, i use the same bov on my car
 
so that flutter I hear is not normal but the only time I hear any thing is with it on the bottom nipple so should I put it on the top and set it as hard as it goes and back it of untill I get the results that I want?
 
Holy crap, from what I can tell, your adjustment screw is really on the hard side compared to mine. Mine sticks up quite a bit, I think it needs to be tightened because it sounds kinda weird between 10hg and 0psi.
