Hey, I finally got my hands on the greddy type s bov and I wish I didn't I have had nothing but problems with this thing. I got it used I checked the diaphram and it looks good but, the valve itself after a boost leak test is leaking. with the recirc hose off the only leak in the whole system is pass the valve where it recircs. is the o-ring on the pistol or valve replaceable or is it more of a spring problem I have both springs in and the car is running extremely rich! I have the lower nipple connected to my lower intercooler pipe and the valve set some where in the middle it sounds great but it's leaking so bad that its hard to make and maintain boost.

damn. You are using a gasket on the flange for the bov on the uicp arent you? Ive never heard of a bov leaking so bad that you are running rich. It thinks you are venting. Which vac line do you have connected? you can leave the lower one disconnected, but try using a t fitting and having them both run off of the same vac. line. good luck!
