Maybe I am just not used to the sound of these bov's or maybe something is wrong...I'm not sure. when I make around 20-22psi it sounds mean like a big whoooosh like a bov should sound. when I only get on it enough to make 8-10 psi or such it makes a whistle when it discharges and like a whistle like its sucking air back in or something. anyone else have this problem or have an idea of wtf is going on?

if need be I can video tape me going down the road so you can actually hear it.
 
That is normal, anything below 15psi I get a loud whistle, over that and you get a totally different Wooosh!
