2G Greddy Type RS BOV?

Has anyone read anything about this new BOV? Or has anyone tried it? I am in the middle of doing a t-25 to 14b swap on my 95 TSi for a small upgrade, but I need a new BOV so I don't leak out at 12psi. Just wondering if it is as neat as it says. Thanks guys.

I'm running it right now. Not really what I was expecting in terms of sound, kinda ricey at low psi( flutters cause I can't get the damn thing to stop compressor surge). Past 10 psi it sounds good though, more what I was looking for. The sound isn't as much of a piercing whistle as the HKS SSQV. Looks damn good, I painted the outlet black to match. If I can ever get a good combo of high and low boost characteristics out of it I will be happy.

Well I am glad to see a nice descriptive post. Don't get much of those anymore. Thanks for your input. I plan on ordering one shortly. Feel free to pm me if you find out any secrets on adjustment and what not. Have a good one.

I had the same problem with my type-s. You gotta hook up the lower nipple to a boost source between your turbo and before your throttle plate(if the type rs has a lower nipple)

probably the same as the type-s... so here's a tip:

dont adjust that fuggin screw [if you do, it will take you many many WOT runs to get it perfect again. ]

The RS only has one nipple. I have it set as loose as it goes, seems to be holding 20 psi fine, with a little flutter at low boost shifts.
