Ok I installed my profec b 2 tonight. And everything was running fine with the mbc. I installed the greddy according to the instruction manual to the T. And its like the vavle isnt opening. My boost just soars past 15psi. No boost spike or creep. Just says hi and by to 15psi. I have fooled with the setting and set them to factory then to high and low numbers. I cant get it to open the insternal wastgate at all. Someone please help me.

Internal wastgate. Vacum source is correct for the brain unit. running 14b boost is at 22psi at like 3500psi. No hooked up to nipple on J pipe and COM hooke up to nipple on wastgate. harness all hooked up and re verfied to brain unit. Can i test this silnoid with a 12v power source??

Thanks

Yes many manufacturers have told me you can test the solenoid that way, it should make a clicking sound. Also check the vacuum hoses again just to make sure, then make sure the NC port is left open. Then check the internal wastegate and make sure it is still good. Even when mine was hooked up wrong it didn't boost that high. I would just double check everything and test the solenoid if you want.

ok messed with the settings some more got a little closer to it working i think. When i start to boost it starts to make this clicking noise from the valve body of the silnoid. What is that and is that right what its doing.

The clicking sound is the sound the solenoid makes, you know it is working then. It tells you that in the manual. Also make sure you have the vacuum line that goes to the actual face unit hooked up in a spot where it will get a good reading.

So let me get this right? You have the vacuum lines that goes to the solenoid and the face unit ran off the nipple that is on the compressor housing of the turbo? If that is so, only run the one going to the solenoid off that nipple. Move the one that runs to the face unit branched off one of the three nipples that come off the throttle body.

well i wanted to get rid of the mbc andgo electronic. ok ill try that.

Just so i get it right

COM port goes to Wastegate actuator

No port goes to a good vacum source right

Thanks

ok i tried to use the vacum port on the throttle body and still same outcome

Anyone know anything please

Thanks
Dan
