greddy oil cap does not work!?

OK so I just bought a Greddy oil cap and I put it on, but when I put it on it just spins. I mean oil caps are not really hard to put on, I hope it is not ME!!

Its threaded differently. Its not made for your car, therfore wont thread properly

Well I figured that I just didn't know if I needed to flip the metal piece on the bottom or something.

OK, so I had to take the seal off the old cap and put it on the new one... works great!!

Weird mine just went on with no problems at all.
