greddy bov on 1g flange fmic vrsf kit

I need to drill holes in the flange, I've seen this how to http://herpetology.com/dsm/bov.html. The holes on the flange seem too close to where I need to drill, does anybody see a problem with making the holes at an angle and not parallel to the ones already in there? One hole would be slightly below the left existing hole, and the other new hole slightly above the existing flange hole.

No, there wouldn't be a problem at all. I was thinking about doing the same thing at first. It's just personal preference. The base of the GReddy is round so you will still get the same surface area contact onto the flange. Line up the gasket for the center though. Also, I don't know if it is really necessary but I put some RTV on the inside of the gasket where the hole is cut to help prevent possible leaks around the weld area of the fla

The dump tube may or may not be twisted or kinked depending on what angle you would mount the BOV at.

Or you can just get an aluminum greddy flange and have it welded on. Or make one your self out of aluminum.
