i have a 98 eclipse gst with a turbo timer and boost controller and other mods. recently my car was broken into and they stole my 7inch indash cd player. below the player are my greddy boost controller and greddy turbo timer. when i looked at the damage left behind i notcied both of them were unplugged. he didnt know what they were so he left them behind. i connected my turbo timer and it worked fine. but when i tried reconnecting my boost controller it wouldnt turn on. i know i hooked it up right so im not sure why it would stop working. the wires werent damaged at all. not even the plugs. i drove the car down the street to get the glass vaccuumed out and when i went to start the car to leave it was completely dead. no lights no nothing. i unplugged the negative from the battery and then went to start it and it worked fine. would this be cause by the boost controller not working since its connected to the ecu? my biggest concern is getting power back to the boost controller so help me please!!

Sorry to hear about the break-in, i had my driver side fog light stolen and since the guy couldnt get the connector off he just clipped the wire, ****ing cheapass, i hate cheap people. Anywho, check around to see if there is any wire making contact with something.
