gotta be spike??

hey I'm having boost spike I'm pretty sure...I have the evo III 16G with new FMIC 28x30x3 wit hard pipes and 255 walboro....it goes to 15 or little higher psi real quick and down to 10psi and stays there....Last night it went over 20 psi and down to 10 psi and stayed there. Oh and I have stock exhaust. and yes I know I need it. But does anyone think the xhaust is causing this.. not letting the turbo get rid of the exhaust gases fast enough?.... and side note it kinda felt like I hit fuel cut over the 20 psi mark ???? any help is appriciated.... thanks Joel

Yeah you need to upgrade the exhaust and o2 housing.
