I have a used super 16g turbo, and I bought the way overly priced $300 install kit for it, but the instructions that came with it are 90% text and the pics included are very horrible and black and white. I've never done a turbo swap before so I need to know how to install this thing. One of the questions I have are:

How do I screw in these studs, and where do which of the 3 diff kinds of studs go? I've never had to mess with a stud in my life ever, so sorry if I sound stupid.

This should answer your questions. Happy installing..

Read all that a year ago heh. It's just intimidating for me :notgood: I'll figure it out though. *sigh* I think the studs on the adaptor plate slide thru the exhaust housing holes and the nuts go thru that, and same w/ the longer black studs that have the hex heads. The medium studs go into the manifold somewhere..just not sure where.

The PITA part is the port matching *sigh* I dont have the tools for that, and the figuring out how I'm going to get the 2.5" o2 to fit onto my stock dp, any ideas guys?

Just upgrade, a DP for ur car can be had off ebay for 90-95 shipped. As far as matching them, good luck! That's quite a jump and the bolt holes dont line up right and can leak. I'd just go bigger.

I dont mind if they leak some. I know it would be far from a perfect fit. As long as it wont sound and feel like my car did stock w/ the cat completely removed and nothing put in its place. I hated that. After 10 minutes of driving it, I would get a pounding headache, and I hated how my car vibrated all to hell like that.
