Got my90 tps now a wire question

I can't seem to find the right diagram for my 90 with the square (not Rectangle) plug.

From my searches I have found that the wires at the plug should be

1/2
3/4 looking at the plug.

Need verification that the wires are as follows

Pin one
Green with white stripe

Pin two
green with red stripe

Pin three
green with black stripe

Pin four
Black wire

And according to this i should be reading .48 to .52 volts closed throttle between Pins 2 and 4 being green w/red stripe and black wires.

The wires are correct as I'm looking at a 90 TB that I have in front of me right now. I don't know the voltage for the 90 however nor do I have a multimeter here to test it with.

i know on the multimeter it should be at .50 or v5 at idle on the 90

Now I am confused.... How do you get voltage out of it when it is unplugged? Someone please help me understand how to finish this setting.

After doing some more searching am I right in thinking I need to unplug the connector and run jumpers between the connectors then check voltage? If so how the heck do you get jumpers in there?

Also I really need to know if the pin number vs. wire color is right above.... I need to know which colors I jump between to test the voltage. One other thing. does the car need to be running to do the adjustment?
