I got a 91 talon with custom fmic 2.5 inch piping 550cc evo fuel injectors dsm link 4 bolt rear axle with posi magnaflow catback exhaust custom downpipe t3t4 57 trim turbo pacesetter header with t3 flange alkycontrol methanol injection kit with 3 gallon fuel cell for mods and the car will pull strong to 6k and the after that it seems to sputter and miss what would you say would be my problems one think that I am worried about it that the blow off value is vented to the out side I really don't now much about turbo car I am have work with many NA V8

sounds like fuel cut when it cuts out and sputters and the end. the BOV should be recirculated with the large opening connected back into your air intake.

its got a 190lph fuel pump and the car hits like 16 pound and it doesn't have a boost controller on it has a shortened waste gate arm

Although I've never experienced fuel cut, every description I've read was complete loss of power, not sputtering/misfire. The ECU detects too much airflow and completely quits injecting fuel until the airflow drops. Does the motor completely cut out or just sputter?

I agree that you should figure out how to log a pull. Might be a boost leak. Might be plugs or wires. The log will help a lot, though. Search on boost leak testing...you need to learn how to do that almost before anything else, especially considering that your car is already modded and you just got it.

If you still have the stock MAF, you need to recirculate the BOV or it'll leak metered air when you let off the gas. That won't cause the car to misfire on the topend under boost, though. Do you know whether the car uses the stock MAF (draw-through) or a blow-through setup for air metering?

Is the meth tank empty? Did the previous owner tell you what water/meth mix he used?

Until you can get a log and figure out what's happening, I'd lay off the boost. Better safe than sorry. Make a boost leak tester and do a test sooner than later...you should test every oil change or two or when problems arise.

Let us know about that log and the leak test results.:thumb:

the guy was running strait meth and the tank is full and the it has the stock maf

I agree with others on here, Try backing the boost down to 11 psi. You may be pullin too much air past the Airflow sensor and the car knows only one the to do.
Fuel cut
Definitely get into dsm link and find out whats going on.
