got a question

hey guys, i recently bought a 97 GSX for my daily, its got pretty high miles 125xxx miles. My question is since its got a 7bolt in it, i have a spare evo 8 bottom end laying around with very low miles, would it fit in a GSX ?? i looks pretty much the same besides water neck, and may be some timing components etc..

Evo 8 engines are rotated 180 degrees..The timing belt is on the other side..

There are 7 bolts..Just rotated..

i was looking at the timing side pics of the eclipse 4g63 and evo8 4g63 look the same, if you have a eclipse head on it of course

I know what the evo engine bay looks like I have one .... You missing the whole point of what I'm saying .. The block it self looks like itll fit if you flip it over to other side all the sensors and everything else look the same even timing components
