Ok this is for anyone who know stuff about hp and torque... Do you think that cams would be a good choice for an upgrade? Or should i go with an cat back exhaust system?

cat back. do the basics first to see the most gains out of the more advanced mods

Like Chris mentioned start with the basics (there are free guide lists both on this site & on www.2gnt.com). Cams are a huge upgrade for a n/a engine & will see great benefits - with the appropriate mods of course.
