OK, just got my car back after being 6 weeks at the bodyshop, and something is defintiely not right. I had a fuel leak initially near the FPR but fixed that. But here in a nutshell is my situation:
There is no knock, but I don't want to try too much more rpm or throttle as if those AFRs are correct then it could be dangerous. I am also noticing a high idle sometimes, which would suggest a boost leak, but I can't see anything obvious. The log shows a couple of strange things, including the front O2 sensor value staying at 0.2V (although previously when my AFRs seemed correct it was just cycling between 0.2V and 0.8V). Could the ECU not be getting the O2 signal from the wideband? Possibly but it was ok before.
Can anyone take a look at this log and see if they can tell anything from it that might help with my troubleshooting? Many thanks in advance.
- At idle I am idling at around 15.3, give or take as it goes up and down a little.
- When cruising, slight throttle is giving me AFRs going from 15.6 up to 18
- When running close to 50% throttle and 0.5bar of boost, my AFRs don't seem to be dropping, and are staying around the 15.2 mark.
- When I let off the throttle from boost, AFRs no longer go up to 18 and off the scale; they just stay around that 15.2 mark.
