Do not get the 3" exhaust, it is not neccessary at 8 pounds of boost. Get 2.5".

Using 3" exhaust plumbing behind the turbo is good for spool, though you likely won't net any more power than you would over a 2.5" as such low boost levels.

I'm not sure if its different when your building a 420a-turbo. But this thread in the FAQ section says not to add a fuel cut defender to prevent fuel cut...
