good buy or not?

im looking to buy a 1g dsm to hold me over til i can afford something better, (maybe a 2 or 3g eclipse or something, doesnt matter, far from now) and i found one locally to me that said eagle talon tsi awd turbo or something to that affect, so i clicked on the link (not this site) and when it opened it was a very plan post that just said that a few things have been replaced recently, and that it was a good car. also i had 3 pictures of a two toned black on sliver eagle talon. So i emailed the guy and his response read:

Yes, the Eagle is still available, it has 158,000 on motor and car, just had brakes done, it's an automatic, you can test drive before 6:00 today if you'd like.

i got this email after 6 so i couldnt go test drive it, but i responded with a:

how is it an automatic if its a tsi awd, they never made automatic tsi awds i thought

and recieved:

It's a rare one, I'll get the vin and e-mail it to you

my question is, was there ever an atx eagle talon tsi awd made? its a 1991 and here is his original post:

91 EAGLE TALON TURBO AWD TSI - $2800

Yes they made AWD Automatics. I had a 92 awd automatic.

Yup. AWDs are rare to begin with, and most of them were 5-speed manuals.

The GTX was a version of the Galant with AWD and no turbo.

That's not a spectacular price for that mileage. If you get one that old, don't try to modify it.

Yea, they made auto AWD dsm's but not until 91. They also got a smaller turbo, injectors, different exhaust manni, and diff ecu.
