going from stock turbo to bigger turbo

i wanna go to a bigger turbo like a holset hx 35 or a big3 16g but whats all involed. want all do i need to up grade.

do you have the supporting mods for a bigger turbo? by your profile your not ready for anything bigger. it dont show any fuel or tunning mods.
 
i have a t28 which uses the stock turbo housing. would the big 3 16g make more power then that with the supporting mods or the t28 with supporting mods.

Probably wouldn't be much of an upgrade. T28's are supposed to be similar to 16G's.

im kinda looking to not spend alot and the holset can get pretty expensive, if i have the t28 would it even be worth going to a 16g

Upgarding to a bigger turbo will cause you extra cost for other parts.
Since you planning to change the turbo,you should consider the fueling system,
ems,and internal parts too.For example,fuel injector need the bigger one let say sard 700cc,
fuel pum go for walbro 255lph,metal gasket required since u boosting more then stock boost.
Piggyback at least like safc neo or wiser choice is e-manage at least you can altered the ignition
system,for more effisyen fuel consumption and power out.Yet find a pro tuner or you end up blowing
you engine.

If you find a decent deal on a Holset, they're probably one of the cheapest good turbos to get.

If all you have upgraded is what's listed in your profile, you have a ways to go before you should upgrade your turbo. You can't just bolt on a bigger turbo and magically have more power. Get a 95 EPROM ECU and either buy a chip or get reading and learning so you can do it yourself. You should start tuning before wasting money on a bigger turbo that won't do you any good at this stage.
