going .20 over qs?

i have a 4g63 6 bolt im thinking about going .20 on the bore, but my qs is if i go .20 do i have to do any modifications to the head like head gastket or any porting ?

if anyone can clear this up then i can make my dission. thanx

.020 over is basically resurfacing your cylinders. I prefer boring .010 and honing .010

To the op, if you are using a cometic hg, they offer them in different bore sizes but no mods are needed. If you are using a stock or mitsu mls gasket, There are no options on bore size but the are built as a "one size fits all" gasket.
