GM MAF question

I am switching to a GM MAF do I need the translator? I do have DSM link V3

If the 1g's are the same as the 2g's, then all you need is the GM maf cable and it connects to the stock connector.

Well, if you have EcmLink v3, they sell a cable for like $75-80, which you can run that to the MAF, and not have to worry about a translator any more!!

Yea I bought one on monday I just wanted to make sure I didnt need the translator thanks for the help
