Gm 350 awd talon?

Has anyone every seen such a thing ? In theory it could be done with minimal hassle . Just an adapter plate and flywheel mod and engine mounts and maybe a better radiator . Any thoughts?

Have you ever put an engine in one of these cars? Have you ever put it a 350? Minimal hastle... I think not. To make a 350 fit in there in the first place you would have a TON of modifications to do. And how do you suppose it will fit??? Where will the tranny go?? It sure as hell won't fit in there sideways. Think about it a little more before you ask a question like that with a statement like that. You could do a RWD setup in one, but get ready to cut the hell out of the firewall and floor pan. It would only be good for a drag car. If you want to even ponder such a thought, buy a Starion or Conquest and do a V8 conversion in it. That is what my other car is getting done to it in a couple of months. And I am not trying to be an ass, I just don't like it when people post stuff on here that is not even worth talking about.

Why would you ever want to swap something other than a 4G63 into a DSM. It's proven itself to be one of the most potent engines ever. And to put a V8 in a DSM....(gasp ) it's almost sacreligious.

ok first youd need to trim the firewall a bit to squeeze tranny in there, our tannies will nto hold a 350 v8.

the block is to logn and wont fit in engine bay. youd need to relocate radiator to back of car. youd need to swap to solid axle rear and run a driveshaftys trimmign the middle of the car out. you need ot make a channel for driveshaft.

youd need to move both frotn seats out a bit to squeeze tranny bewteen them. tranny can not hiut body and youll have to make bump in middle bigger to even fit a th350 or a 700-r4 tranny

im nto gonna keep goign with this. ive put 350 chavys in a few htings and help build em up for all my friends trucks. you can not fit in in a 1g or 2g with less than abtou 10g's
