Getting back into a DSM

Hey all, I had a 95 TSi back in high school (12 years ago) and am looking at getting back into the game! My old one was mint condition, but the worst kind ...FWD automatic. I am looking at a 1993 GSX manual in bone stock condition with 116k miles on. Thing drove great and everything works on it...including AC! Just curious about a price range I should be around? Thanks for input
