I need some help putting some of my "bolt ons" on.

I need the nuts, bolts and gaskets for the parts listed.

1. FP manifold- thinking of getting the FP stud and bolt kit, but for the gasket, STM's site says the cooper one is only good for 450hp. Other choices?

2. For my holset h1c, I need the turbo to manifold bolts, nuts, washers and gasket. Do I need the oem ones?

3. For the bep housing to the o2 housing I need the 4 bolts, washers, nuts ect.

4. Lastly, for the evo 3 intake manifold, I need the stud and nut kit and the gasket.

Just use a ML copper gasket and you'll be fine. As for the turbo to manifold bolts, you will need 2 regular bolts and 2 Evo bolts due to the height differences on the manifold. You can get them at FP as well and don't forget a total of 8 OEM conical washers as well.

ExtremePSI has everything you need as well. I would also suggest an inline oil filter (FP inline filter), you would be surprised at what you'll catch in it.

Thanks for the fast reply.

1. the cooper gasket will work for over 450?

2. 2 oem and 2 evo studs, 8 washers, no nuts?

3. oem studs for the bep housing to PR o2? also do I need washers and nuts?

4. what gasket for the evo 3? (no egr) and stud and nut kit.

1. Yes, you won't have issues.

2. No nuts have ever been used for turbo-to-manifold connections on our vehicle.

3. Correct, just the standard use of studs, bolts, and washer+nut.

4. Standard gasket, it's a 7 bolt 2g flange. It's matches to your head bud, it's the same studs and nuts you would normally use.

Word of advice, use a multi layerd gasket for the turbo-to-manifold connection. The SS ones tend to warp and crack causing leaks.
