update: okay so i spliced a wire straight from injector plug wire(wire that runs to ecu)to ecu and still, the injector didnt pulse, BUT i realized that i still had the original wire from injector plug to harness still together(meaning it was still being shorted) so i clipped that wire off and ran a straight solid wire from injector clip to ecu and it workedso im just make its own harness for that injector clip for now.. thanks BryanWheats for all your help..appreciate it

The injectors fire independently unlike the spark that fires 2 at a time.
