G4CP Head Spec question...

I work for a Hyundai Dealership, and am getting a 1g head re-worked for a head swap onto my 2g. I was currious about the G4CP head spec's compared to the 1g 4g63's, so I went back into the service departments library of serice manuals and made a copy of the 92 Sonata's G4CS general spec's.

Valve length:
Intake 109.5mm
Exhaust 109.7mm

Stem O.D.
Intake 6.565-6.580mm
Exhasut 6.530-6.550mm

Face Angle 44-45.5deg

Valve stem to valve guide clearance
Intake .02-.074mm Limit .10mm
Exhasut .05-.085mm Limit .015mm

Valve seat
width of seat contact .09-1.3mm
seat angle 44-44.5deg
service size .03mm .06mm oversized

Valve Spring
Free length 48.3mm Limit 47.3
Load 300N (66lb)
out of squareness less then 1.5deg

Are these the same as the 4g63? I don't have access to the Shop manuals at the Mitsu dealerships, and I couldn't get through to the cylinder head shop to ask them.. If they are I will just use Hyundai parts on the rebuild because I get the parts for 10% over cost.

I answered my own question after a little research... Defiantly not going to be using Hyundai G4CP head parts.

Exhaust .05-.09mm Limit .015mm

Valve seat
width of seat contact .09-1.3mm

service size .03mm .06mm over sized

Valve Spring
Free length 49.2mm Limit 48.2mm
Load 300N (62lb)
out of squareness less then 1.5deg
