G1 BOV on a 97 GST

Hey guys this is my First DSM it a 97 GST, I want to replace the OEM BOV with a G1 BOV, I don't want to crush it, my question is do I need a convert for it or would it be possible to install it the way it is? Sorry if its a dumb question

All you need is a new pipe or an adapter. The 1g bov has a flange. 2g bov is a pipe.
