FWD to AWD??

I got a 1990 awd talon, and a 1992 fwd talon, if with some wielding,is it possible convert the FWD to an AWD? i know the trunks, gas tanks are different, but with a little removal,cutting and weilding could it be possible?

Greatly appreachated, sorry if there was another post about this i went througha lot of pages and didnt find anything.

im sure with tons (and i mean TONS) of money and effort its possible, but its probably a lot easier just to scrap the 92 FWD and make the 90 AWD run again.

i was only asking becouse the awd frame is rusted to the point where it is unsafe to drive. it is not in good condition.

but it works with spyders....why is a FWD hard top that much different?
