for the quickest FWD.....I would reccomend a colt/mirage and swap to a 4G63. The again I am kind of partial... 
although I fell for them because of I love the sleeper effect. Its nice to walk someone and leave them thinking "gee, did i just get beat by a colt?" They are lighter than a FWD eclipse by a good bit too, so when it comes to those highway top speed contests, theyre hard to argue with.
