ok so i found this complete 90 gsx awd shell.. for 100 bucks ..just researching before i buy..it has the rear differential and thats all for the drive train so now im wondering.what else will i need to swap my motor out my fwd 90 laser straight over to it???.tired of so much wheel spin..so i think this will be a fun experience...and how much would the rest of this stuff cost me that i need???tranny.t-case-differentual-axles.etc

you'll need a AWD tranny, t-case and a driveshaft. just look at your local junkyard for those

so the transfer case is seperate from the rear differentual?..to bad theres no awd dsm in none of he boneyards out here..i keep hearing awd trannies are a good penny.

thanks but i decided to keep it fwd for now..unfortunatly just lost my job

dang...that sucks...you should move to Saskatchewan!!! :sneaky: reccession...what reccession?? you'll just have to get used to -50 C winters and +40 C summers!!:p

The motors are the same, the only difference is 6 bolt and 7 bolt. You just need to get a AWD transmission, t case, drive shaft and rear end if it's not already on the car if you plan on keeping it AWD.
