im pretty sure they are not the same ive got a fwd and my buddies gsx stock down pipe with cat wouldn't bolt up to my cat back so i needed to buy a cat for my down pipe for emissions. unless you are talking about the shield that bolts litterally to the floor :aha::confused: those might be the same!!

Way to be specific there OP...

Someone might wing it and actually help you but next time, use a better description.

How is that not specific enough? What else could that possibly mean? I asked if the heat shields were the same. On my car, there are exactly three exhaust heat shields, two for the manifold and one under the car. So I figured I was being perfectly clear when I said the heat shield UNDER THE CAR. OMG

I'm not sure how that turned into a question about downpipes matching up.

Well i thought you were talking about the heat shield on the pipe its self, not the one that bolts to the car. Sorry about that, just trying to help. Anyways they are the same man AWD and FWD same stuff.:thumb:

There's a different part number between the FWD and AWD cars so they are different. What the difference is I cannot say.
