Funny BOV flutter

im haveind some problems with my car. idles bad/misfires, but pulls plenty hard. but my bov has a flutter sound to it. Then on ocassion it doesnt seemt o flutter, just blow off. i sthis a turbo problem, or charge pipe, or bov. My friends think its just my bov.

have you done a pressure test? Sounds liek a pretty bad vacuum or boost leak to me. What kind of blow off valve? Check to make sure the vacuum connections from the intake manifold to the bov are stil all connected

so i checked it, my bov was disconnected from the boost controller/intake mani. so i guess i was hearing compresser surge..greeeeeeat. :thumbdown
