Full SS Fuel Return Line

My stock fuel return line is leaking, So I gave it a quick fix for now but I'm going to have to replace the fuel return line, both brake lines, and I might as well put on a SS high pressure fuel line. SS line is allot easier to install because I don't have to bend it. I Know Its possible but what size line would I need and how would I Seal them at the ends since it uses just clamps? thanks

cmptrphreak - If you only want to replace the section between the fuel rail and AFPR, then the above is what you want.

But, if yours is leaking after the regulator, then get yourself about 20' of 6AN SS line, a bunch of those line holders so the fuel line wont rub on anything (ss braided line is VERY abrasive). You will have to weld a 6an bung to the fuel pump assembly roof though, or find some way to make the OEM hard line go into the 6an line.

You have a 1g, and a steel tank (which is deeper than a 2g's) why don't you go ahead and redo your entire fuel system while you're at it? Drop a bosch 044 into the tank, run -8 to the rail, and then -8 (or -6) back...
