full 2G intake section in a 1G

Anyone try to fit the full 2g intake with MAF in a 1G car? I just bought a 2G maf and i dont see anything that would get in the way. I used to have a 2G with the stock rubber intake that i modified by cutting the accordion section and replacing with a 45 degree pipe, looked really stealthy and id like to do the same with my 1G. The only thing i see different is the location of the bov return, but that doesnt seem too difficult to work around.

If you have one laying around feel free to try it......or could always order an intake pipe from dejon tool, or anyone really

I did search and couldnt find a single one, I used "2g* intake 1g*" for my search sting which is pretty broad

Dejon intake is $175 for a 1g car with a 2g maf, ill try other ways

I just bought a 2g maf with intake tube. So far it fits fine, I'm waiting on my k&n filter to come in because the previous owner left the k&n adapter on it

The problem will be the length . The 2g mas fits outside the filter not inside like the 1g . Also , you already know the pipe is longer on the 2g (hard pipe that is , not sure of stock) .
