i have a 91 AWD TSI w/ a 2g mas and Evo 8 550's running 15 psi

I have been playing around with the tuning for my trims to try to get them close to 100%

Trims: SAFC
low: 99% -9 @ 1000 rpm
mid: 103% -4 @ 2000 rpm
high: 96% -1 @ 3000 rpm

Do these numbers look right? I know they must be since my trims are pretty damn close. I just figured that w/ the 2g mas and 550's, it would be closer to 0 on the safc.

But i have also heard that the Evo 550's flow more like 600 cc. Correct me if i have been misinformed.

Just got the 550's in today, i with be putting in my walbro 190 this weekend. Approximately what boost can i run without my duty cycle going over 85%?

are you on a 14b? if you have a logger you can just watch until you go over 85%

i have a 14b with 450cc injectors and a vr-4 fuel pump (3000gt not galant) and i see 92.5-94% at wot in fifth gear at over 6000 rpms at like 20-22 psi. cant really tell as the car is set at like 15 psi, but the boost creep is so bad it doesnt exactly stop. its all outa wack, but with 550's i would think that you could go to 22 psi and be at or below 85%

damn i need some new injectors, or an o2 housing so i dont have to run such high boost all the time. the right foot is the only thing that controls that as of now.

yes, this is on a 14b.

I don't see me getting a new turbo until this one is shot.....and there is no shaft play.....

I am still on the stock smic, but i am either going to get a front mount ot put together a w/i system.
