My car starting having an issue after several months of driving with the new fuel setup. I installed a DW pump and Fuel lap FPR. After I drive for any given amount of time the car will not have fuel pressure at the rail upon a hot restart.

I can hear the pump turn on(using link), but there will not be any rail pressure until I crack the fuel cap and relieve the tank pressure. Once that happens I can get line pressure and its good until driven again.

What is causing the tank pressure and/or what should I look for that should be allowing it to vent?

Thank you

It is going through the stock return. It is bleeding off. But it's done that for awhile now.

The new issue is that it will not build pressure after it runs for awhile. But once I relieve pressure in the tank it will build pressure again.

Check the oring and top hat on the pump. It could be a issue with it sealing. And the regulator is setup properly and your psi is correct? You set it with the vac line off or pinched? Stock for 1g is 37 and 2g is 43.5.

There should be a breather line that either taps into your canister (if you still have one) or you should have just a small breather install. Make sure this line isnt pinched off, this should prevent it from building any pressure at all

I'll go over the canister lines tomorrow. The regulator is set correctly. Again this issue just started happening.

All other lines are on the car and I haven't plugged anything.
