Fuel system/emissions Q?

I am trying to build my fuel system, and I have run into an issue. I will be running a fuel cell, and I am going to make the stock fuel door/cap be it’s feed. The car needs to pass Ohio emissions next year, and I know they do a pressurization test.

Does the test pressurize the fuel system to make sure it does not leak, or does it just involve the gas cap itself? I’m not sure what to do with the purge, because of this. In respect to this, I don’t think the stock system is completely seal because it uses the charcoal canister as a filter for the stock purge.

Can someone clear this up for me?

It won't pass. Sump your stock tank, or re-register your car in a non-emmissions county.
 
Do they even check that? When E, then Dan owned my car it passed Cleveland without a cat or EGR! Dan said that the tech would just plug into the OBD-II, look for MIL's, then do the tailpipe sniffer, then out the door again. Of course, for those reading this that don't know me, I *have* added a cat and reconnected the EGR and wonder why it was ever taken off as it hasn't hurt the performance at all...
