Fuel pump whinning fluctuates

Wally 255 rewired..
At idle and coming to stops (when off the gas) its not a constant steady whine. The tone changes, As if Im blipping the gas. At the same time, my fuel pressure gauge appears steady but looking real close it barely fluctuates with the noise, hardly noticeable though.
Is this normal, a fuel pump issue or electrical?

Differences in voltage like when you are on the brakes or turn on your lights will cause a difference in the sound the pump makes. It could be as simple as that.

I will post a video sometime today, likely within 2-3 hours. And while I know the brakes, turn signals and so on can change the pitch, it'll change without any load. Just idling

I had a wally 255 and never had that issue on my other dsm, maybe a electrical issue.
