I recently did rewired my fuel pump with the kit from stm and followed the or instructions. But my fuel pump is still pulsing when I turn on the signal. I know that the rewire doesn't completely bypass the stock wiring it's just to give a constant 12 volt source to the pump but that's obviously not happening in my situation. I have it grounded on the bolt for the rear seats. So the ground I know is good what else could it be?

check your 30Amp fuse holder. I just went through a situation where my fump would turn on whenever it wants, it all came down to the fuse holder contacts not being snug, hence current didn't pass through the fuse. Also check the resistance on the relay in the back. Some relays will have the ohm label on the package. I've bought a brand new relay that had a bad coil before.
