Fuel pump help

Trying to decide if spending the 20 bucks for a gss342 worth it. My car is a 1g awd and i know i need the gss341 wally but for 20bucks the gss342 is good deal. Anyone installed a gss342 on a awd 1g?

If I'm not mistaken, the GSS341 and 342 are both 255lph pumps, the inlet is just offset with the 341. So there's no performance difference between the two, and you don't need the offset inlet.

So the gss342 will work me? Can i run the pump and not be super rich? I havent done the rewire since im basically stock at 16psi full exhaust downpipe back, greedy bov and hard piping for smic

There's a small risk of overrunning the fuel pressure regulator, but without a rewire you should be fine. If you decide to rewire the pump, or start running noticeably rich at idle, then you'll need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
