I'm tryin to get all my stuff together before I switch turbos and I want to save as much money as I can on installs,so I'm wondering if I install a 255 walbro and a afpr if I keep the fuel pressure at stock settings will they be ok on my t25 and motor for now or am I just going to run really ,really pig rich with out my afc hooked up yet.please dont flame me to bad.I'm trying my hardest to learn as much as I can.LOL

Yeah, the only reason the 255's over run is the stock FPR. If you have an AFPR it will be exactly the same as your standard fuel pump. Also, think about a re-wire while you're in there, just so you won't have to do it twice. They are only like $25 on ebay nowadays.

To keep everything more simple. Installing everything together means you won't install and then have to go back later to reinstall or adjust something. Honestly, too, installation costs tend to be lower whenever you do a lot of stuff at once, a lot of shops round to the nearest hour or half hour, plus when you remove everything at once, you don't have to keep re-removing it.

I wouldn't recommend running anything over 650cc off an SAFC. Your drivability is going to suffer.

And why have a shop install any of it? It's *easy* to change out the fuel pump, with a GSX. Same with the AFPR and injectors. Wiring up the SAFC might be a little more of a hassle, but it's just finding wires and splicing them.

If you can do it yourself (and you really should be able to), install the 255 and AFPR, and do the fuel pump rewire yourself. Have a shop install the SAFC if you aren't confident with your electrical abilities, then install the injectors last and do a rough tune yourself.
Never really learn about the car, if your first resort is to throw money at someone else to do it for you. Good way to end up broke REAL fast, with these cars. :)

no, The problem is I feel confident doing the fuel pump, afpr, and the neo and the injectors, my problem is after I get the neo done I dont know chit about the tune on stock turbo with 780 injectors .I'm going to a 50 trim.I would rather pay some one do do that right the first time.I cant live with a broken motor.

For the extra $250, I'd get DSMlink. You'll be able to run those injectors, have a logger, and there is so much community support you can setup a tune that will keep your engine safe all by your lonesome.

You don't have to remove the rail to do the FPR. The fuel pump takes an afternoon to swap. It's really pretty easy. If you have DSMlink all you do is change the injector paramaters, take the three fuel rail bolts out, pull the injectors out, put the new ones in, and drive away.

Do it yourself, take the money you save to get DSMlink. That's my $0.02. Read about it on the DSMlink web page and the wiki.
