I've been searching about this for the last 3 day and I haven't gotten any answer, so my question is will the stock fuel line on my 98 gst hold up good with a 450 wally?

my set up is :
20g or 16g
fmic (maybe)
1000cc fic
fpr
450lph wally
Im shooting for 400 whp on stock block and head.

thank you and sorry for any misspelled words

thaks for the help man. so basically our fuel system is to small period and its not just pump and injectors that need to be upgraded

No, stock fuel lines are good to well over 500whp, so no need to upgrade. The restriction is the banjo bolt on the top of the fuel filter, but with your turbo choices its irrelevant, so just leave the lines alone.

so my lines will be ok. Im asking this because I ask a mechanic and he told me that the lines will give out because of the bigger pump. this is confusing now LOL

Correct, that's too what I've also came to with the research I've done... But every one is entitled to their own opinions with the research and experience they have... So it's really up to the builder... Wish you the best of luck with your build

If you understand the info on the link I provided and the mechanic also agreed that the lines will not be adequate for the amt of flow you want.. Then it's time to upgrade... Now if the other gentlemen can provide proof of what he is talking abt (and it makes sense) Then I too would like to see it

thanks for the help guys. Im going to leave the stock lines from the tank to the filter and change the rest, so hopefully they will hold up
