Okay so im trying to get my car to run right. Before it will not even pull and backfire like crazy.

Mods:
wally 255
fuel labs afpr
punishment racing fmic
evo 3 16g
custom intake etc...

I TURNED DOWN MY FPR AND IT SEEM LIKE IT STARTED TO PULL, HOWEVER IT STILL BACKFIRED AND IS STILL SLOW.

boost gauge says about 14 psi ( maybe 13 give or take)
but it doesnt feel like it.

someone help me out here!

You need to set your base fuel pressure correctly or else you could FUBAR your engine.

With your car off and the key in the ignition on position (so that your fuel pump is on and the engine is not pulling any vacuum) set the fuel pressure to 43.5 psi. You will not need to adjust this with your current setup.

What injectors are you running?

that helps! everything i was reading says do it while its running and plug the vac. line! Im running stock 450s

wait i just went and did it and it wont adjust....you sure the car doesnt have to be running?

Engine running vacuum hose off = 42-45 psi @ idle. With the hose connected = 33 psi.

Fuel pressure kPa (psi) Vacuum hose
disconnected
289 -- 309 (42 -- 45) at curb idle
Vacuum hose
connected
Approx. 230 (33) at curb idle
