This may seem like a stupid question but can I run denso 545cc injectors? They are 13.7ohms and the stock injectors are low ohm injectors (not sure of the exact number). Will that be to high of resistance for my 90 GSX?

You sure use low impedance injectors or add resistors. If you don't have anything to tune your fuel with it won't run at all.

Yeah I have a safc but will the high resistance injectors work even though the stock injectors are low resistance

You'll need to make up a connector to bypass the injector resistors.
You unplug the resistor pack, plug in the bypass. High impedance + resistors isn't a good idea because it reduces the current to the injectors possible causing erratic operation.

The bypass connector is preferable to cutting up your harness because it's fully reversible. It just needs to connect the four injector pins to the power feed.

Thanks for enlightening me.
